Your Claude, in your calls
Connect your own Claude once. After that, anyone in a TeamMeet call can hand it something to do. It works in your repositories, under your name, and tells the call when it is done.

Make a Claude scheduled task for TeamMeet
A scheduled task is Claude working on its own: the instructions below, your repositories, your connectors. TeamMeet starts it when a call hands you something. You need a Claude Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise plan.
- Copy these instructions.
- Open claude.ai/code/routines and press New task (it may say New routine). Name it “TeamMeet” and paste the instructions.
- Pick the repositories it should work in.
- Under Trigger, choose API and press Create. Copy the Fire URL and the token. The token is shown only once.
- Paste both below and press Save, then Send a test.
…
TeamMeet stores the token encrypted and uses it only to start this one task. You can turn it off any time with Disconnect here, or by deleting the token at claude.ai.
A connector address for your Claude
With this, your Claude can join a call you’re in, hear who said what, take tasks handed to it, and post back in the chat. It also lets your scheduled task report back without any network settings. It works in Cowork, on claude.ai and in Claude Code.
- Claude (and Cowork): Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, name it TeamMeet, paste the address. Turn it on for your TeamMeet scheduled task too.
- Claude Code:
claude mcp add --transport http teammeet <the address> - Then, during a call, tell your Claude: “join my TeamMeet call abc-defg-hij and take what’s handed to me.”
