Pricing

Unlimited meetings. Pay for what you keep.

Every plan, including Free, has no time limit, no cap on people, and no meeting count — the meeting runs between your browsers and costs us nothing to host, so we do not charge for it. The one thing that costs money is video kept on our disks. That is the only meter, and you can turn it back by removing a recording you no longer need. The transcript, the recap and the action items stay either way.

What the numbers mean

What is a minute?
A minute of video recording kept on your account — the meeting recordings and the clips you have not removed. A forty-minute meeting uses forty. Transcripts, recaps, notes and action items are not counted; they are yours for as long as the account exists.
What happens at the limit?
Nothing happens to what you already have. The next meeting is still held, still transcribed by every browser in it, still recapped — it is just not recorded on video until you remove an old recording or upgrade. The host is told this in the room, with the number, before the meeting starts. A meeting that begins with minutes to spare is always recorded to the end.
How do I get minutes back?
Remove the video from any meeting on its page, or from the Plan tab of your dashboard, which lists what you keep largest first. The page keeps everything else. There is no trash that still counts against you.
Enterprise seats
Bought for a team on the Team tab, on one invoice. The first seats-worth of members, by when they joined, are upgraded; add seats as the team grows, from the same page. More than fifty seats, or an invoice instead of a card, write to us and say how many.
Cancelling or downgrading
Cancel from the billing portal any time; the plan runs to the end of what you paid for. Nothing is deleted on a downgrade — you keep every recording, and simply cannot add more until you are under the Free line again.
Guests and the agent API
Joining a meeting never needs an account or a plan. The agent API is free on every plan.
