Moving from Zoom or Google Meet
Switch from Zoom or Google Meet in a couple of minutes
Your calendar stays where it is. Team Meet gives you one permanent link, puts it on the meetings you organise — Google sends every guest the updated invite — and brings your old transcripts with you.

Move your upcoming meetings
Connect Google Calendar and the Zoom or Meet link on the meetings you organise becomes a Team Meet link. Google sends your guests the updated invite, and Undo puts back exactly what was there.
Team Meet reads the next 60 days of your Google Calendar and changes only the meetings you tick. You see the list before anything changes.
Before you click: Google will warn that it hasn't verified this app — Team Meet's calendar access is still in Google's review. Choose Advanced, then the Go to … link under it.
Google's permission stays in this page. It is never sent to Team Meet's servers or saved, and it is gone when you close the tab.

Bring your past meetings
Drop the transcripts your old tool kept and they become searchable meetings on your dashboard, every speaker named as it was written.
Open the importer- Zoom
- zoom.us → Recordings & Transcripts → Cloud recordings → the meeting → download its audio transcript, a .vtt file. Zoom only writes one when Audio transcript is on in its cloud recording settings.
- Google Meet
- Google Drive → the Google Meet folder (Meet Recordings for older meetings) → open the transcript → File → Download → Microsoft Word (.docx). Plain text (.txt) works too, and the transcript is also attached to the meeting in Google Calendar.
- Otter
- Open the conversation → ⋯ → Export → TXT, with Show speaker names and Show timestamps on.
- Read AI
- Open the meeting report → Download, top right → Transcript.
Nothing is written until you have seen what was read out of each file — who spoke, when, and how many lines nobody can be named for. Every name stays exactly as your old tool wrote it.
